Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree holder
- Strong English communication, analytical, time management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative, multiple task, and prioritize
- Strong knowledge in MS Office
- One (1) year minimum experience in the BPO Industry
- Six (6) months minimum experience as a Trainer
