Telescope Software AB is a Sweden based company with main focus on software development. We are currently looking for a responsible, communicative, responsive and self driven graphical designer and technical writer with administrative responsibilities. Besides more every day administrative tasks, you will function as an interface that gather requirements, write specifications, create mock ups for products and web site ideas, design user interfaces, create use cases and interaction charts, etc. Many times we will just sit down and brain storm, in person or via the chat, and your job will be to catch all those ideas and thoughts, and formulate those in a idea draft document or a software specification document.
Many times with a graphical suggestion for a user interface design.

In other words it is crucial you are very professional and have a genuine and unique eye for
“the final touch” of for example a specification, requirement draft or a business communique.

In addition to the above mentioned tasks, you will be required to do more every day administrative tasks required to make the office run smoothly. This could range from buying soft drinks or computers, sweeping off a dirty floor (or even better call the cleaning maid) or
boil a pot of tea for you colleagues, to arranging hotels or visa extensions and on rare occasions showing flown in guests the sunny side of Davao.
Your mind set should be that there is no task that you are to good to do, if it makes the enterprise run smoothly. A hungry, flexible, pragmatic, “go getter” attitude is a winning attitude for this position. In other words, if you see something that needs to be done – just do it!

The work will be performed at our subsidiary Psoft Inc., located in Nova Tierra, Davao, Philippines.
